Clic – Claim and Invoice Control – is a service designed for collecting societies and private-sector licensors enabling them to quickly identify incorrect and duplicate licensing. By using a certified review algorithm and triggering the dispute resolution process at an early stage, dispute reports of DSPs can be validated and the volume and duration of licensing errors substantially reduced. For the DSPs, this shortens the time needed to correct invoices, while the licensors benefit from the lower number of contested invoices and the faster clarification of errors as a result of the parallel review by the licensors.
